Bolagsverket’s e-services were built in different stages over a long period of time. The process initially lacked coordination, resulting in a range of different or fragmented services that lacked a holistic approach. We helped Bolagsverket gain new insights from a customer perspective, which lead to a re-packaging of their e-services.
By mapping the movement patterns of Bolagsverket’s various customers and their basic needs, areas that could be improved were identified. We were able to develop proposals covering basic functions and clearly defined solutions for re-packaging Bolagsverket’s e-services. Further, we helped them with priorities and a roadmap, setting out what should be initiated first and clarified which changes would provide the greatest customer value.
